A pinnacle of architecture on Cherni Vruh
Area: 20 000 m2
Sofia city
Conception:
The concept of the complex is fully consistent with the realities of the plot and the beautiful mountain view. The vision is unique, landmark-like, in unison with the mountain silhouettes. The building faces the south, southeast and southwest.
Architectural solutions:
The materials are cleverly chosen so that the building can fit successfully into the surroundings. Compositionally the complex is solved with two high volumes with a complementary vision and a low coupling body, each volume visually answers the intended function – office area, residential area and unifying them serving part. Modern, bold, memorable!
