The modern house by the lake

Conception:
We designed a modern house with interesting volumes with maximum utilization of the realities on the ground. The location in the western part of the yard of 2 acres on a steep slope, enabled us to design a home with very beautiful views of the valley and Lake Pancharevo and simultaneously allows maximum sunlight.
The construction follows the steep slope down. Sunlight is from the east, south and southeast. The building has a contemporary style, clean, with a measured detail, most open to the surroundings and the lovely view. All terraces are planted. The flat roof of the building is used for deployment of photovoltaic and solar panels, which helps warming the pools.
Architectural solutions:
The building has a contemporary style, clean, with a measured detail most open to the surroundings and the lovely view. Nature enters the interior through large sliding windows on the terraces that allow opening outwards.
Three residential units in the building are located on different levels, but they are united by a common outdoor pool with island for relaxation in it. The pool is cantilevered over the lower level, attractive with its glass walls to the courtyard and rooms underneath – the winery spaces and indoor pool.
