House in the Town of Vidin
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT:
The house is located in the town of Vidin and has a total built-up area of approximately 600 m². Entry is through a foyer with a double-height ceiling. From there, one enters a spacious living room that flows into an open-plan kitchen and dining area. These spaces are connected to a large veranda, with the living room transitioning into a lounge area with a fireplace, and the dining room opening onto a barbecue zone.
On the same floor, there is a fitness room with a sauna and shower. A grand staircase leads to the second floor, which features four bedrooms with walk-in closets. One of them is the master bedroom, complete with a large closet and a spacious bathroom.
The house also includes a partial basement with storage and technical rooms.
The architecture is composed of rectangular volumes, dynamically arranged to emphasize the different functional zones. A key highlight is the entrance foyer, which spans multiple levels. Special attention is also given to the master bedroom and the veranda. The façade materials are primarily large-format porcelain tiles, with accents of composite cladding featuring both horizontal and vertical grid patterns.
