House Near the Town of Sandanski

ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT:

This is a house located in the village of Dzhagurovo, near the town of Sandanski.

The house has two floors and a basement level. The ground floor features a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area, all connected to a veranda and barbecue area. In front of the living room, there is an outdoor swimming pool. To the right of the entrance, two guest rooms are situated, each with its own private bathroom.

The second floor includes five bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. One of them is the master bedroom, which boasts a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a double-height ceiling.

It serves as the focal point of the entire house. The basement includes a spacious garage for four vehicles, a spa area, and a technical room.

The house is designed in a classic Tuscan style. Large arcades frame the front façade, with dynamic volumes, varied rooflines, and rich detailing. The ground floor is clad in rough-cut stone, the arches are made of smooth limestone, and the upper floor combines plaster and stone finishes. The chimney caps also feature distinctive detailing inspired by traditional Tuscan architecture.
