Hotel in the Town of Bansko
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT:
The complex will consist of four residential buildings situated above a two-story shopping center with three underground levels. The residential section is oriented to maximize sea views, with apartment volumes extending outward and rotated 45 degrees in plan to achieve this effect.
The main volumes will be clad in clinker to correspond with the nearby industrial zone. Two bands of white composite panels are designed to frame the buildings, curving at the top to create an elegant silhouette. In addition to the large apartment terraces, many areas feature small balconies that run in front of the French windows, adding rhythm to the façade and serving as fire barriers, which are mandatory for high-rise buildings.
