Renovation of Hotel Perun, Elena

ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT:

The project involves the renovation and modernization of Hotel Perun in the town of Elena.

The hotel building is located in the center of this charming town, on the main street, in the heart of the Elena Balkan. It is a reconstruction of an existing structure that was previously used as office space.

The renovated building will be integrated with the existing hotel, which will also be upgraded and reclassified as a four-star establishment. This expansion is driven by the new functions the building will accommodate—an increase in accommodation capacity and the addition of a modern spa center that complements the existing one. The reception and restaurant area—Mehana Perun—of the current hotel will remain unchanged. The façades will be updated with new elements such as cladding, roofs, eaves, and braces as architectural features.
