Residential Complex in Pancharevo
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT:
The complex consists of thirteen single-family houses built over a shared basement level. They are arranged in a staggered, chessboard-like layout to allow for more space between them. The houses are two and three stories high and are oriented to provide optimal views of Mount Vitosha.
The architecture follows an orthogonal concept—composed of rectangular forms, large terraces, and overhangs. The façades are finished with large-format porcelain tiles, composite panels (Etalbond), and plaster.
