This will be a luxurious complex of 24 module houses, club building with covered 20 parking lots, multifunctional playground, children site and developed infrastructure with vehicle and pedestrian areas, located in a richly planted parking media. The houses will be of main module – designer’s work that will be added as desired a spa module, module – barbeque, module – garage. The modules are specially projected to complete the design. Thus, every added module will make the house more luxurious and sophisticated. The club media has original design, which borrows elements of the houses and inscribes itself harmonically in the environment. There, with big panoramic terraces on the second level, a restaurant, a cafeteria, play room are located and on the basement, spa, fitness, changing rooms and children spot are located with a connection to the open part of the terrain.
