The building’s design is original. The façade features vertical elements that taper at a slight angle, conveying a sense of lightness and elegance. These elements transition into terraces that telescope outward from the solid horizontal zones around the windows.

The roof functions as an extension of the façade, where the same sloping geometry is evident, artfully composed to create a sense of movement. The angled roof elements correspond with the building’s façade, providing a cohesive finish to the entire composition, where everything is in harmony.
